Lauren Lanz Farrar joined YM Careers in 2021 as a Marketing Specialist on the Demand Generation team, where she drives new association customers for YM Careers’ career center software. She graduated from the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!) in 2019 with a degree in Journalism Strategic Communications. She has cultivated knowledge of marketing techniques with experience in both B2C and B2B companies across multiple industries.
